Varsity Programs

Varsity athletes will be exposed to elite training methods, with attention to the finer details - such as form, technique, precision, and intensity. This is the age and stage of development where athletes transition from a “train to compete” up to a “train to win” stage. Different sports have different needs, but ALL athletes require the foundation to build the rest of their career on. And this is it.

Training Groups

  • 14-15 years old (Varsity Development)

  • 16-18 years old (Varsity)

Program Goals

  • Learn to perform & compete in a variety of training conditions

  • Build transferrable strength, endurance, speed, & power

Varsity Program Schedule

Mondays - Thursdays

9:30am-10:45am**

Saturdays

11:30am-12:30pm

3:30pm-4:30pm

4:30pm-5:30pm

5:30pm-6:30pm

6:40pm-7:40pm

**9:30 am group is for ages 17+ only
