Elite Programs

This program is designed for athletes who are starting to prepare for the professional level. Elite provincial and nationally ranked athletes, semi-pro, and top collegiate athletes who want to make their sport their career will train this comprehensive program focusing on speed, strength, explosiveness, power, core, flexibility, with sport and position-specific conditioning. This program is intense.
