Adult Programs
Our adult program brings the same energy and pursuit of excellence that our other high performance programs offer. Our adult athletes are encouraged to have (and supported in choosing) a goal to motivate their training and success. This allows for the TAG team to program workouts effectively, while ensuring adult athletes are training with a clear goal and purpose in mind.
